The proposed project is to construct a garage, second floor addition and deck and remove trees within the Riverfront Area of Bogle Brook and buffer zone of wetlands.
8:00pm 978 Worcester Street – Request for Determination of Applicability
The proposed project is to reconfigure telecommunications infrastructure within Bordering Land Subject to Flooding and buffer zone of wetlands.
8:10pm 33 Ledgeways – MA DEP #324-621 – Request to Amend the Order of Conditions
The proposed project is to construct a patio, retaining wall and children’s play structure, remove trees and regrade portions of the property within the buffer zone of wetlands.
8:25pm 146 Wellesley Avenue – Continued Notice of Intent
The proposed project is to daylight a section of intermittent stream, install a footbridge, remove invasive plants, install landscape and wetlands enhancement plantings and regrade portions of the property. Alterations are proposed to the Bank of the stream, Land Under the Waterbody, Bordering Vegetated Wetlands and associated buffer zones.
