The proposed project is to remove debris from an intermittent stream and install bat boxes at the Guernsey Sanctuary. This project has been proposed as a Boy Scouts of America Eagle Scout service project.
7:45pm Wellesley College – Request for Determination of Applicability
The proposed project is to improve and expand an existing stormwater management system at Tupelo Point adjacent to Lake Waban.
8:00pm 78 Benvenue Street – Ten Acre Country Day School – Continued Notice of Intent MA DEP #324-630
The proposed project is to construct a soccer field within the buffer zone of wetlands.
8:20pm WHS Basketball Court Parking Lot – Request to Amend Order of Conditions MA DEP #324-611
This request is to amend Order of Conditions MA DEP # 324-611to allow for additional work to mitigate for construction impacts within the Riverfront Area of Fuller Brook and buffer zone of wetlands.
8:40pm 146 Wellesley Avenue – Notice of Intent
The proposed project is to daylight a section of intermittent stream, install a footbridge, remove invasive plants, install landscape and wetlands enhancement plantings and regrade portions of the property. Alterations are proposed to the Bank of the stream, Land Under the Waterbody, Bordering Vegetated Wetlands and associated buffer zones.
