The proposed project is to construct a new driveway and arrival court, narrowing the existing driveway, resurfacing the remaining driveway and reconfiguration of the court within the Riverfront of Cold Spring Brook.
7:50pm 15 Marvin Road – Notice of Intent
The proposed project is to construct an addition to a single-family house and remove 3 trees within the riverfront of Fuller Brook.
8:10pm 62 Leighton Road – Notice of Intent
The proposed project is to remove the existing asphalt driveway and replace with an expanded crushed stone driveway within the riverfront of Fuller Brook.

Additional work has been proposed beyond that already permitted by the existing Order. This additional work consists of the installation of a patio and installation of additional landscape plantings.
