7:35pm 59 Russell Road – Request for Determination of Applicability
The proposed project is to demolish portions of an existing single-family house and replace them in kind. Portions of the work may fall within the 100-foot buffer of a certified vernal pool.
7:45pm 15 Bacon Street – Request for Determination of Applicability
The proposed project is to construct a second floor addition to the existing single-family house within the 100-foot buffer zone of Morses Pond.
7:55pm 15 Marvin Road – Request for Determination of Applicability
The proposed project is to construct an addition to a existing single-family house within the outer Riverfront Area of Fuller Brook.
8:05pm 50 & 55 Rice Street – Wellesley High School, Parking Lot Path– Notice of Intent
The proposed project is to improve an existing unpaved pedestrian pathway from the “Basketball Court Parking Area” at the Hunnewell Field Athletic Complex to Rice Street. Work is proposed within the Riverfront Area of Fuller and Caroline Brooks, Bordering Land Subject to Flooding and buffer zone of wetlands.

The proposed project is to demolish an existing house and construct a new single-family house within the 100-foot buffer zone of Morses Pond.

The proposed project is to construct a portion of a new single-family house within the 100-foot buffer zone of an intermittent stream.
8:50pm 47 Martin Street – Notice of Intent
The proposed project is to construct an addition to an existing single-family house within the Riverfront Area of Boulder Brook and 100-foot buffer zone of wetlands.
9:05pm 990 & 994 Worcester Street – CVS Pharmacy – Continued Notice of Intent
The proposed project is to assess and remediate existing soil and groundwater contamination, demolish existing structures and construct a CVS Pharmacy and associated site features within Bordering Vegetated Wetlands, Bordering Land Subject to Flooding, Riverfront Area of Bogle Brook and associated Buffer Zones. *The Applicant has requested to continue this hearing until June 4
