Notice of Intent and Local Waiver Request for redevelopment of former Grossman’s property within a riverfront resource area. Proposal includes demolition of existing building and construction of a 2-story retail/commercial building at the front of the site (outside riverfront area) and construction of a 4-story 150 unit residential apartment building in the back portion of the site (partially within the riverfront area). Proposal includes a 1-level below grade parking area containing 262 parking spaces in addition to at-grade parking, associated site walks, landscaping and utilities.
