Obligations of Tenancy
The Standard State Lease: After an applicant has been offered and accepted an apartment, he/she will need to sign the standard State lease before being allowed to move into the unit. The lease may be read or downloaded by clicking on the link to the following DHCD web page: www.mass.gov/dhcd/phra/ph/hm/lease.htm.

Parking Policy: There is parking at all developments on a space-available basis only.
A Partial List of Services Provided to Tenants
Service Coordinator: WHA's Service Coordinator is trained to make an initial assessment of a tenant's needs and refer the tenant to agencies best suited to assist the tenant. Some services the Coordinator may help to obtain for the tenant are home health care, social services, the Ride, day care, etc. The Service Coordinator also may act as the tenant's advocate under certain circumstances.
The Babson College After-School Programs: Students from Babson College are available to tutor students after school several times a week at our family developments.
