Mr. Broder brought the meeting to order at 7:30 pm.

Mr. Dennis Goodman came before the Board for review of two proposed wall signs to be located at 50 Central Street and 34 Church Street. The main wall sign would be located at the rear of 50 Central Street, known as 34 Church Street, that would measure 111” wide by 39” high and would be composed of a red background with white and black letters that would not exceed 10” in height. The proposed sign would read Hot Yoga + Pilates, with the HYP Studio logo. The sign would be externally illuminated. The second sign proposed would be located fronting Central Street and would measure 30” x 50” and would be composed of a red background with white and black letters that would have the HYP Studio logo and read “Entrance around the corner on Church Street” in 2” letters.
The Board after a brief discussion felt the small sign along Central Street should have a white background. Mr. Goodman agreed.
The Board, having established the proposed wall sign meets the by right requirements of the Sign Bylaw and the Design Review Guidelines, moved, seconded and voted unanimously to:
“Recommend the Building Inspector approve the proposed wall signs to be located at 50 Central Street and 34 Church Street to read “Hot Yoga + Pilates” with the HYP Studio logo as presented.”

The Board approved the minutes of February 4, 2009 as amended.
The Board conducted a brief discussion on the proposed high school in regards to timing and upcoming meetings.
The Board adjourned at 8:15 pm.
